FULLFILMENT POLICY

1. Delivery of Online Courses & Memberships
All online courses and memberships are delivered digitally via email. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with access details to our course platform hosted on Membership.io. Unless otherwise stated, access is granted immediately after purchase.

2. Processing Time
Most purchases are processed instantly. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for access details to be delivered. If you do not receive an email within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

3. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your course or membership. To request a refund, please email info@drilyssabass.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
